He is survived by: his wife Virginia Palacios; his children, Patricia Palacios (Vern Diaz), Guillermo "Willy" Palacios (Christy), Ted Palacios, Fidencio Sanchez (Rebecca), Juan Sanchez (Mirna), Jose L. Sanchez, Jaime J. Morales, Paola Sanchez and Virginia A. Sanchez; and his siblings, Anita Benavides, Margarita Palacios, Dolores Palacios, Romero Palacios, Felicitas Palacios, Maria Juanita Palacios Schlieker and Manuel Palacios. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.
