He is survived by: his wife Gloria Charre Vázquez; and his children, Guadalupe Mendoza Charre, Miguel Ángel Mendoza Charre, Rosa María Mendoza Charre, Alejandra Mendoza Charre and Gloria Mendoza Charre. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and other family members.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 2:20 PM and from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services (1320 Trey Dr, Laredo, TX 78041). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the San Agustin Cathedral (214 San Bernardo Ave, Laredo, TX 78040). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services (1320 Trey Dr, Laredo, TX 78041). A burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 8:30 AM and at 9:00 AM at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery (3600 McPherson Ave, Laredo, TX 78041).
