She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Zapata and Juanita Zapata; her husband Carlos Carrillo Sr.; and her son Eddie Carrillo. She is survived by: her children, Carlos Carrillo, Maria Guadalupe Hernandez (Jose) and Melissa Perry (Scott); and her sister Susie Sanchez. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandson, numerous other relatives and many friends.
