She was predeceased by : her parents, Carmen Henriquez and Alfonso Sanchez; her siblings, Alfonso Henriquez, Isabel Henriquez and Carlos Henriquez; and her son Eduardo Ernesto Henriquez.
She is survived by : her husband Juan Hercules; and her children, Ofelia Henriquez, Mery Osorio, Rosa Elena Henriquez, Juan Carlos Hercules and Walter Hercules. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
