She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilberto Sosa and Simona Flores Sosa. She is survived by: her husband Homero Salazar; her children, Erika Salazar, Daniel Salazar (Paulette) and Kevin Salazar; her grandchildren, Abigail Salazar, Daniel Salazar Jr., Lucas Salazar and Amerie Salazar; and her siblings, Jose Luis Sosa, Rosa Torres, Dora Sosa, Yvonne Sosa and Sylvia Sosa. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services (1029 Bob Bullock Lp #1, Laredo, TX 78043). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 12:20 PM at the Laredo Cemetery (3200 N Meadow Ave, Laredo, TX 78040).
