We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Rosa Maria Payne of Laredo, Texas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Celestino Collazo and Hermelinda Collazo; and her brother Jose Luis Collazo. She is survived by: her husband Larry E. Payne; her daughters, Nissa Cerna (Robert) of Laredo and Tessa Ramos (Dan) of El Paso, Texas; her grandsons, Evan Payne Cerna, Tyler Paul Cerna, Joseph Daniel Ramos, Matthew James Ramos and Daniel James Ramos; and her brother Brigido Juan Collazo (Cynthia). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
