He was predeceased by : his parents, Jeanette Johanson and John Johanson of Florida. He is survived by : his children, Poppy, Cactus Carl and Santa; his significant other Esther; his stepdaughters, Heather and Holly; his granddaughter Madison; and his great grandchild Brylee Mae.
