He is survived by : his wife Kathy; his sons, Bill Jr. (Marcia) and Chris (Christy); his cousin Gatha Tobler (Henry); and his grandchildren, Krista Kastler (Cameron), Kyle Kastler, Kersten Parrent (Derek), Colby Kastler, Kaden Kastler, Casey Hurley, Katie Carter and Cameron Carter. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
