He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ernest, Mary Clements, Frank and Margaret Meyer; and his mother-in-law Laura Waggoner.
He is survived by: his parents, Reynold Clements and Patricia Clements; his wife Jennifer Clements (Waggoner); his daughters, Kaitlyn, Seraphine and Isabel; his sister Erin Kirwan (Nate Kirwan); his sibling's children, Tyler, Cruz Kirwan and Cambria Kirwan; his father-in-law Leil Waggoner; his brother-in-law Stephen Waggoner (Lisa Waggoner); and his sibling's children, Hannah, Lillian, Emma Waggoner and Jacob Waggoner. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
