He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Luther and Sadie Myrtle Hess. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his sons, Timothy Hess and Christopher Hess (Jenni); his siblings, Judy Pellerin and Allen Hess; and his grandchildren, Abigail Ruth, Luke Martin and Jackson Charles.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Nassau Bay Baptist Church (18131 Nassau Bay Dr, Houston, TX 77058). A burial will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at the Houston National Cemetery.
