She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" James; her son Bradley James; her parents, Athel Day and Irma Day; and her sisters, Ruby Day, June Moore, Margaret Dean and Corrina Day.

She is survived by: her daughters, Brandy Liss and Kathleen James; her pet Zeke E. Doodle; and also, Presley Branham, Travis James (Jody James), Cameron, Kaylee "Marshall", Hayley, Noah, Kaitlin, Jordan, Christian and Aidan.
