He was predeceased by: his parents, Karen Shaw and H. B. Shaw; his parents-in-law, Laverne Schendel (Bill) and Darrell Childs (Dorris); his sister Sandi Deyo; his brother-in-law David Schuren; and his nephew David Childs.
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Shaw; his children, Mindy Anderson (Joe) and Mitchell Shaw (Johana); his grandson Landon Shaw; his sisters, Angie Williams, Kathi Ayala (Buddy) and Debbie Shaw; and his siblings-in-law, Randy Deyo, James Childs (Maria), Luann Stampley and Bill Schendel III (Tere).
A reception will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Gloria Dei Lutheran Church (18220 Upper Bay Rd, Houston, TX 77058). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Houston National Cemetery (10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038).
