She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Joe Thomas and Leisel Hanna Creacy; her husband Jack Taylor Lewis; her daughter Jacqueline Kay Clark; her siblings, James Larkin, Jo Marie, Billy Rae and William Edwin; her daughters, Christy Shunk (Joe) and Jeanne Porter (Bob); her brother-in-law Earl Lewis (Vicky); her son-in-law Bubba Clark; her grandchildren, Shawna (Jason), Shalene, Chad, Robi (Kris), Kyle (Nikki), Wayne (Jeo), Robert Michael, Taylor, John, Kori, Krista and Laurie; and her great grandchildren, McKenzie, Jezrie, Kayla, Edward, Kylie, Maegan, Chase, Dallan, Avery, Alyana and Lane. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
