She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Santiago Ibarra and Alicia E. Coronado of Leakey; her grandparents, Alfredo, Guadalupe Ibarra, Luis and Concepcion Enriguez; her brother-in-law Antonio Silva; her aunt Mary Elena Rodriguez; her husband Francisco "Pancho" Mendez; her children, Albert Rocha (Shannon) of Burlington Iowa, Ventura Isabel Rocha of West Burlington, Elsa Silvas (Linda Woods) of Tucson, Maricelda Fogt (Rob) of Marshal Town and Mayra Mendez of Uvalde, Texas; her siblings, Luis Ibarra of Uvalde, Texas and Esmeralda Silva of Uvalde; her aunt Janie Ibarra of Zillah; and her close friend Azi. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews & cousins and her loving pet.
