He was predeceased by: his wife Eloise; his parents, Lawrence B. Caraway and Beulah Belle Caraway; and his brothers, Stayton and Tillman Caraway.
He is survived by: his children, Masoyna Morgan (Dewayne) of Harper's Ferry, Jeremy James (Morgan) of Victoria, Tina Cady (Michael) of Lake Jackson and Keith Caraway of Aransas Pass; and also Ofelia Garcia of Victoria. He is also survived by six grandchildren; six great grandchildren and many dear nieces, nephews and family members.
