He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Herman Soefje and Elsie Ivy Soefje; and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Soefje; his daughters, Dianne Cooke and Dr. Sherry Soefje (Hal Hoffman); his nephews, Scott and Tim Soefje; his cousins, Louie, Janet Soefje, Linda, Kerry John Odom, Mike, Connie Bond, Otto Soefje, Carol, Tom Dodgen, Doris Hewell, Glen Soefje, Aubrey Soefje, Stanley Burris, Victor and Paulette Soefje; and also Alice Soefje. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
