He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Hurst and Veda Payne Hurst; his wife Cecelia Hurst; and his friend Janette Groll. He is survived by: his children, Stacy Schulle (Derek) and Bart Hurst (Charlotte); his siblings, Jerry Hurst, Darrell Hurst and Pam Redman; his grandchildren, Lyndi Nicholson (Jake), Laurran Hurst, Hestin Hurst (Amy) and Landon Schulle (Alex); and his great grandchildren, Samson, Kash, Pyper Nicholson and Adaline Hurst.
