She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford and Eula; her husband Jim Welch; her daughter Julie Welch; and her grandchildren, Matt and Mindy Stanley.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie, JonAnn Welch and Jeannie Stanley; and her sister Shirley Conley. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family and beloved friends.
