We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2023, at the age of 72, Jerry Angelo Benetato of Lewisville, Texas, born in Florence, South Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jerry Angelo Benetato to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Spero Benetato and Mazie Benetato; and his sister Rosa. He is survived by : his wife Pat Benetato; his children, Shannon (Vern Shelton), Stacey (James Diaz) and Bryan Benetato; his granddaughters, Paige (Richard Lovette), Reyna Diaz, Abigail Diaz, Hailey Diaz, Braylee Benetato and Brynlee Benetato; his great grandchildren, Ember Lovette and Colt Lovette; his brother Michael Benetato (Bonnie); and his close friend Howard Burroughs. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, siblings-in-law and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages memorial donations to St Jude Children's Hospital or the Esophageal Cancer Awareness Association at ecaware.org.
