She is survived by : her husband Phillip Birdine; her daughters, Jennifer Culpepper and Kristalyn Birdine; her grandchildren, Darryl, Evalina, Brooklyn, Liam and Nathaniel; and her brothers, Lester Crumbley of Romayor, Danny Crumbley of Port Arthur and Richard Crumbley of Tucson.
