It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Robert Hagel (Lewisville, Texas), born in Honolulu, Hawaii, who passed away on January 7, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward J. Hagel and Florence Myers; his daughter Melissa Hagel; his sister Florence; his brother-in-law Pat Rooney; his niece Cheryl Rooney; and his brother Edward Hagel.

He is survived by : his wife Virginia Hagel; his brother Gary Hagel (Celeste); his daughters, Theresa Masterson and Deborah Wilson; and his son-in-law Douglas Wilson. He is also survived by five grandchildren, four great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, three nieces and two nephews.
