She is survived by: her husband Milton "Stanley" Phillips; her children, Craig Isenhower (Pam Isenhower), Jim Isenhower and Stacie Kenyon (Jeff Kenyon); her daughter-in-law Suzanne Isenhower; her grandchildren, Kaci Bradley (Justin Bradley), Brooke Williamson, Brittany Saha (Drew Saha), Kate Zaragoza (Reagan Zaragoza), Gage Kenyon (Morgan Glatzl) and Heather Kethley (Chris Kethley); her great grandchildren, Kolbi, Kolton, Paisley, Wyatt, Cheyenne, Lainey, Leah and Harper; her brothers, Jon Williams (Shirley Williams) and Gerald Williams; and her children, Kathy Gower, Sam Isenhower and James David Phillips.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Homes and Cremation Services (1200 S Bagdad Rd, Leander, TX 78641). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Fairview Cemetery.
