She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Oliver Pipkin and Mildred Ariel Jones Pipkin; her husband Jack Best; her son Randy Glen Best; and her siblings, June Cornwell and H. O. Sonny Pipkin, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Lynn Best (Joy) of Lindale, TX and Barbi Suzanne Silkwood (Tony) of Pleasonton, TX; and her sister Jerry Nell Smith of Weatherford, OK. She is also survived by six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Riley Funeral Home (913 U. S. Hwy 190, Woodville, TX 75979). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at the Mt. Pisgah Cemetery.
