He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Eby and Addie Eby; and his brother Carl "Butch" Eby. He is survived by: his wife Annette Eby of Linden, Texas; his sons, Eric Eby of Fayetteville and Scott Eby (Jennifer) of Rogers, Arkansas; his stepchildren, Mikehael Warren, Colette Roberts (Jimmy) and Tammy Strutton (Daren); his sister Pam Johnson; and his sister-in-law Karen Eby.
