He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Stone and Edith Clark Stone; his siblings, James Stone and Nancy Evans; his daughter Elaine Kemp; and his siblings' children, James Stone and Jami Boyland.
He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Hicks (Chann); his son-in-law Richard Kemp; his grandchildren, Jared Haechten (Joyce) and Jessica Cagle (Justin); his great grandchildren, Gage, Ali, Ryley and Thomas; his nephew Michael Evans (Leah); his great-nephew Jonathan; his great-niece Audrey; and his close friends, Mary Jane Tyler and Bill Griffin.
