He is survived by : his mother Barbara Kolarek-Brandt (Hitt); his children, Hallee Anne Kolarek and Cameron James Kolarek; his father Steve Brandt (Regina Van Burkleo); his siblings, Isabella, Tara Kolarek (Esther Rodriguez), Dardi Goldberg (Dan), Andrew Kolarek (Denise) and Kelly Kolarek (Angela); his nieces and nephews, Tyler Stewart, Kyle Stewart, Zachary Kolarek, Mason Kolarek, Zoe Stewart, Emily Romero (Ruben), Kayla Goldberg and Shelby Hernandez (Nelson); his great-niece Historia Romero; and his great-nephew Jesse Hernandez.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that you donate to Toys for Tots since Perry loved to participate in the annual Harley ride.
