He is survived by: his father William E. Entzminger, Sr.; his siblings, Katherine "Kathy" Shelton, David Entzminger (Cindy), Wade Entzminger (Joyce) and Michael Entzminger (Laina); his siblings' children, Amy Merriman (Anthony), Michaela Entzminger, Ginger Davis (Tommy), Jason Entzminger (Sarah), Justin Shelton (Lindsey) and Lance Entzminger; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Morgan, George, Gracie Merriman, Lola Faye, Waylon Jay Lusty, Bryce, Braxton Davis, Riley Kay Entzminger, Alexis and Reed Shelton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church of Academy Youth Fund.
