He is survived by: his wife Arlene Crenshaw; his children, Tiae Hoffman (Michael), Ashley Carle (Bryan), Tommy Crenshaw III, Tony Crenshaw and Joshua Jackman (Lindsay); his siblings, Myrtle Young (Richard), Diane Robbins (Rodney), Bo Crenshaw (Gay) and David Crenshaw (Sam); and his grandchildren, Keith, James (JT), Mikayla, Evan, Iris, Ethan, Dominque, Tristan and Bella.
