He is survived by : his spouse Flodean Bolton; his children, Jimmy Bolton (Deborah) and Nancy Kohutek; his grandchildren, Patricia Kelley, Mark Bolton (Carolyn), Heath Kohutek (Holly) and Shane Kohutek; his great grandchildren, Cody Kelley, Abrigail Kelley, Brett Kohutek, Dylan Kohutek, Seth Kohutek, Hallie Kohutek, Emma Bolton, Gwyneth Bolton, Brynn Bolton, Auri Bolton and Ellie Bolton; his great great grandchildren, Tanner Kelley and Tessi Kohutek; and his brother Derwin Bolton.
