He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrol Smith and Essie Marie Insall; and his sister Winnie Pearl Insall. He is survived by: his wife Bessie Insall; his children, Eugene Madison Insall Jr. (Rose Marie), Robert Wholeship Insall, Dawn Annette Insall and Cara DeLette Mersiovky (Robert); his sisters, Peggy Engleheart and Helen Helm; and his grandchildren, James Tedeschi, Antonette Harlow, Thomas Insall, Cassandra Thomas, Danielle Tsui, Jaclyn Mersiovsky, Mikaela Flora and Samuel Insall. He is also survived by two great- grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Pace Funeral Home (200 FM350N N, Livingston, TX 77351). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Blanchard Baptist Church (2450 FM2457, Livingston, TX 77351).
