He is survived by: his wife Sharon Martin; his children, Dianna Minter and Houston Dempsey Fuqua, III (Deborah); his sister Linda Wilhelm; his sibling's children, Randall Wilhelm (Ryan) and Victoria Wilhelm; and his cousin Tibi Richmond.
Finally, in lieu of flowers and gifts, the family requests that donations be made on Fred's behalf to either of the charities that he supported.
