He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Hopson (Betty) of New Waverly, Texas and Karen Sessions (Paul) of Livingston, Texas; his granddaughters, Christina Smith, Sara Sessions, Jessica Rodriguez (Anthony), Katie Phan (Kevin), Cassie Hopson Anderson (Jody) and Rebecca Hopson Messer (Christopher); his great grandchildren, Abbigail Villanueva, David Villanueva, Landen Anderson, Kaselee Anderson, Madelyn Messer, Andrew Rodriguez and Layla Rodriguez; his brother Dan Hopson; and his sister-in-law Frankie Hopson. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
