She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Vasquez and Alicia Nicascio Vasquez; and her siblings, Beatrice Vasquez, Fred Vasquez, Ivy Vasquez and Alfonso Vasquez.
She is survived by: her husband Tom Hightower of Livingston, Texas; her children, Sherman Wilson (Patricia) of East Wakefield, William C. Hightower of Livingston, Texas, Crystal Campise (John) of League City, Texas, Kevin Hightower of Livingston and Kenneth Hightower (Lauren) of Waco, Texas; her grandchildren, Tomas, Zachary, Jacob, Chloe of Nicholas, C. J., J. T., Sophia, Emily and Jackson; her great grandchildren, Jack and Juliet; and her siblings, Natalie Tingle of Spring, Belinda Jobe of La Marque, Texas and David Vasquez (Phyllis Dallas). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel (406 N Yaupon Ave, Livingston, TX 77351). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
