He was predeceased by : his parents, Theodore Ernest Oberg, Sr. and Lois Weatherford; his brother Vic Oberg; and his sister-in-law Sybil Oberg. He is survived by : his wife Mary Oberg of Livingston, Texas; his children, Gene Cotten (Cheryl) of Batson, David Cotten of Batson, Tony Cotten (Jennifer) of Freemont, California and Patty Cotten of Livingston, Texas; his siblings, James Oberg (Susan) of The Woodlands, Texas and Diane Lynas (Paul) of Rockwall, Texas; his grandchildren, Corey Cotten, Mary Bowman, John Cotten, Patricia Cotten, Morgan Cotten, Sadie Cotten and Mason Cotten; and his great grandchildren, Kiley Bowman and Karson Bowman. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews.
