With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Timothy Michael Gilligan of Livingston, Texas, who passed away on September 13, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Daniel and Marjorie Elizabeth Gilligan (Sitzmann); and his brother John Gilligan. He is survived by: his wife Kay Stevens; his children, Valerie Gartee (Michael), Maggie Gilligan and Michael Gilligan (Anna); and his grandchildren, Sadie, Bella, Paislie, Charlie, Elizabeth, Liam and Lucy.

Memorial gifts may be made in his name to the Alzheimer's Association.
