He was predeceased by : his parents, Edgar Boyd Rhea and Lora (Lay); and his brother Donald Wayne Rhea. He is survived by : his siblings, Bobby Rhea (Debbie), Keith Rhea and Suzan Gibbs (Chuck). He is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.
