He was predeceased by : his parents, Buddy Levensailor and Clara Levensailor; and his sister Selma Leona Pruitt. He is survived by : his wife Shirley Jean of Llano; his children, Wendy Dawn Levensailor (Terry) of Llano, David Allen Daniels (Michelle) of Llano and Jami Howard (Justin) of Llano; and his niece Tracy Tatsch of Llano. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
