He was predeceased by: his father Billy Ray Foster; and his sister Julie Warhurst. He is survived by: his mother Connie McQuay Foster; his wife Rachel Minjares Foster; his children, Michael Caster (Fallon), Zachary Foster (Brittany), D. J. Ochoa, Jacqueline Hampton (Forrest), Tammy Aillon (Jonathon) and Jennifer Ochoa; his grandchildren, Kara Castor, Willian Hampton, Greyson Foster-Hampton, Everlee Hampton, Amelie Prado, Sophia Aillon, Fallon Allion and Elora Aillon; and his sister Janet Lewis.
