She was predeceased by: her parents, Wylie Cosper and Mary Elizabeth Wallace Bridges; her husband James Payne; and her son Frankie Glenn Payne. She is survived by: her children, Otis Aron Payne (Deborah) of Lone Oak, James Gregory Payne of Como, Wylie Paul Payne (Rose) of Lone Oak, Fonda Neagle of Lone Oak and Linda June Hernandez of Grand Prairie. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bartley Funeral Home (110 Main St, Lone Oak, TX 75453). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lone Oak United Methodist Church (218 Main St, Lone Oak, TX 75453). A burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at the Hall Cemetery (4901 Co Rd 3133, Lone Oak, TX 75453).
