She is survived by : her children, Michael Chad Horton (Shelby Preston) of Commerce, Jason Cole Horton of Lone Oak and Stacy Phillips (Gary) of Greenville; her sister Patsy Lemons-Boyles of Lone Oak; her grandchildren, Emma Horton, Rylea Horton, Cody (Makyla Phillips), Kyle (Bayli Phillips) and Haley Phillips (Conner); and her great grandchildren, Cayson Phillips, Kylin Phillips and Ryker Phillips.
