She was predeceased by : her parents, Leroy Miller and Winnie Gilkey (Slade); her husband Bobby Phillips; her stepfather James Slade; and her brother Joey Miller.

She is survived by : her brothers, Jackie Miller and Charlie Miller (Diane); her children, April Wilson (Chris) and Anthony Harris; and her grandchildren, Wynter, Camron (Jazmine), Sarah, Blaine, Joey and Ainsley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
