She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Miller and Winnie Gilkey (Slade); her husband Bobby Phillips; her stepfather James Slade; and her brother Joey Miller.
She is survived by: her brothers, Jackie Miller and Charlie Miller (Diane); her children, April Wilson (Chris) and Anthony Harris; and her grandchildren, Wynter, Camron (Jazmine), Sarah, Blaine, Joey and Ainsley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to Miracle League of East Texas, PO Box 853, Longview, TX.
