She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Williams (Washie) of Washington and Mary Magdalene Williams (Maggie); and her siblings, Cornell Williams (Vaie), Arlis Williams (Marceline), Curtis Williams (MaryAnn) and Volette Meadows (Sammy).

She is survived by : her husband Larry DeWitt Horn of Longview; her children, Victor Wales (Larry Cook) of Dallas, Gary Rice (Charlyn Rice) of Dayton and Constance DePaula of Dallas; her grandchildren, Lisa Rice, Kathrine Archer (Dustin Archer), Matthew Doubek and Natalie DePaula; her great grandchildren, Jameson Dane Archer and Madison June Archer; and her grandchildren, Yorkie and Beau. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
