She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Watkins and Vera Watkins; her brother Edward; her sister-in-law Pat Watkins; her nephew Chris Watkins; and her cousin John Watkins.
She is survived by: her husband Bill (Weldon); her adoptive daughter Lisa Hays; her stepdaughters, Gail Forsyth of Wyoming and Sharon Sager of Garland; her nephew Charles Watkins of Marble Falls; and her cousin Joe Watkins of Gladewater. She is also survived by many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great nieces.
