We are sad to announce that on August 3, 2020, at the age of 90, Selman L McNew of Longview, Texas, born in Chattanooga, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, John Thomas McNew and Stella Marie McMaree McNew; his children, Daniel McNew (Christy) of Longview, Shane McNew (Donna) of Saratoga Springs and Kathy Crystal (Dave) of Rigby, Idaho.; his wife Neva Laverne McNew; his daughters, Karen Pannell and Virginia Grubbs; and his siblings, LaDon McNew, Floyd McNew and Joyce Holland. He was also cherished by eighteen grandchildren, thirty-five great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
