He was predeceased by : his son Jose Jr.; his granddaughter Adriana; his parents, Hilario Ceballos and Susana Lopez of Ceballos; and his sisters, Guadalupe Loa, Felicitas Guevara and Luz Ceballos Rodríguez.
He is survived by : his wife Juana Ceballos; his children, Oscar Ceballos (Toni), Claudia Barajas (Lupe) and Laura Garcia; his grandchildren, Jose III, Sabrina, Julissa, Sebastian, Joseph Ceballos, Christopher, Karla, Lauren Garcia, Alexander and Dante Barajas; and his siblings, Liborio, Apolinar and Elida Ceballos. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
