He is survived by: his wife Martha Garcia; his children, Laura Juarez (Juan), Ricardo Rios Jr., Fernando Rios, Yasmin Rios and Anahi Rios; his grandchildren, Juan Jesus Juarez, Alejandro Juarez, Kristel Alexandra Juarez and Sophia Denae Trejo; and his mother Elida Dalila Rios.
