He is survived by : his mother Juanita Cruz Hernandez (Cruz) of Lubbock; his sons, Matthew Hernandez (Sarah) and Isaiah Hernandez of Lubbock; and his siblings, Abel Hernandez of Lubbock and Diana Zamora (Greg) of Lubbock.
