He is survived by: his child Charley; his wife Pam; his children, Dale Payne of Richardson and Ashley Palacios (Raul) of Lubbock; his sister Mary Ann Norris (Kenny) of Aztec; his brother-in-law Greg Byrum of Chino Valley, Arizona; and his grandchildren, Ezra James and Easton Paul Palacios.
