He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin Huenergardt and Lida Huenergardt (Stuewe); and his siblings, Carmen Hobbie, Paul of Wichita and Richard Huenergardt of Wichita.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Arnold; his daughter Nancy Huenergardt of San Marcos, Texas; and his brother George K. Huenergardt of Wichita, Kansas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Christ Lutheran Church (7801 Indiana Ave, Lubbock, TX 79423). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
