She is survived by: her mother Conchita Acevedo; her husband Gilbert Perez; her children, Melinda Perez Melissa (Edward), Mallory Perez and Ruben Perez (Yesenia); her pet Milo; her siblings, Rachael Patton Elizabeth (Andre), Monica Berlanga (Joe) and Christopher Acevedo (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Myranda, Josiah, Riley, Eden, J'lynn, Jourdan, J'Lee, JoRyiahn, Maddison and Ruben; and her great grandchild Ezekiel Kai.
